Might want to poll a knitting forum or something because you're really targeting middle aged/elderly women if you are planning on making a facebook game. Source: I work at best buy, most of the people who play "games" are older women. Older men do, to some extent, but most of them participate in some form of online poker.
 
The only Facebook game I played for more than 5 minutes was Family Feud. That was several years ago and I haven't touched any since. I do play mobile games quite often though, usually for only a couple days before I find something new, but I still put in the effort to look around. I think this is the perfect opportunity for you to git gud at developing for mobile if you're not solid on it.

It will bottleneck in the sense that a stronger CPU will give you more performance, but not in the sense that it will tank your performance to very low levels.

Shifting early/late/on time can let you alter your acceleration curve. Choosing not to shift to squeeze out a burst of speed can be useful for blazing through yellow lights

Keep in mind that AMD freesync monitor are significantly cheaper than Gsync ones. Maybe grab yourself and 390/x and a freesync monitor. Keep in mind though that premium monitors like that tend to not come in sizes larger than 24" for 1080p.

The problem is the mix of higher end components that people won't notice and lower end components that they will.  Somebody looking at a pentium system isn't looking to spend $700.. They're looking to get away with a couple hundred.  When I see "pentium 8gb ram 1tbhd no video card" I think ok.. $200 max for a used system. But there's $450 worth of case,psu,motherboard.
Your asking price is basically the full cost of the system minus windows.  Perhaps you could try to part it out, sell the pieces separately.
