i think The Crew is a nice racing game if you like teaming up with others and such, dunno tho if you're pc can run it well or not

check out SimBin's games. Race 07, GTR2, GT Legends... but they're more sim than arcade, but you can setup a controller on them relatively easily. plus it'll probably run pretty well on your rig

If you like racing games check out game stock car extreme, there are lots of mods for this game and the specs are as follows
