Msi afterburner has a custom fan curve mode.

Audio Technica AD headphones have (almost) no bass at all.

Unless it's minecraft or something.
Using a 144Hz monitor while getting less than 144fps will usually give screen tearing.
Definitely go with freesync instead.
With that GPU you will probably often drop below 75Hz too, so that's what freesync is good for.

depends, fps games or anything that requires fast reactions 144Hz but then you will probably need to turn down settings a bit but for anything else the 75Hz freesync is better

The Gigabyte option looks good because it has Bluetooth capability as well. It should be good for you.

I'd personally go for the Gigabyte one

two generic recommendations:
 
- get something with an antenna on a wire, so the antennas arent pressed against the back of what is essentially a farraday cage
- get something PCIe (you seemingly already nailed this one)
 
beyond that, they're essentially all the same amount of suckyness.

I don't get as high sequential reads. Higher random though for sure. I get about 490MB/s Write and 530MB/s Read.
