The 130w provided should be fine considering a similar system has been made shown in the reviews.

Heat may be an issue though and you may want to use a cooler running cpu.

that should be fine the max tdp of that cpu is only 54w and i dont think it will even be running at that full time anyway.

In theory it should work since the i3 4130 has a Max TDP of only 54W but probably get something a bit more, say a decent OEM 200 - 250W.

The NH-L9i isn't much better than the stock cooler.

The issue isn't the cpu cooler but the lack of a chassis fan.

There are also lower TDP i3's like the 4130T.

I already have the 4130, guess I'll just have to go with a larger case.
