while 2 hours is enough for most people to assess whether a game is worth it to them, for others it's probably enough to test whether the game can run on your system. 2 hours isn't enough to experience a game like andromeda. luckily there's a 10 hour trial for andromeda which is always nice to see a AAA dev offer the option 
 
besides, people who are looking forward to pirate a certain game weren't gonna pay for it. maybe they will but they certainly won't when the game is not worth the asking price to said person. there's no actual loss to the devs, distributors, etc., so really this crack was more of a demonstration that Denuvo can be defeated on a pretty popular game. the guys who crack games even do it expecting no money or donations, only because they can 
 
i don't condone piracy, don't get me wrong. but there is a reason why piracy is still a thing nowadays, and why this is still a news story.

Valve are a fucking joke, they allow tons of shitty Early Access games which end up scamming people, they then refuse to refund the people who buy them, yet a game which is controversial ACCORDING TO SOME PEOPLE, A PORTION OF PEOPLE, isn't allowed when it looks pretty polished, uses Unreal Engine 4, Nvidia PhysX, and overall looks nice.

Seriously, this is like that GTA 5 bullshit in Australia, a bunch of stupid people gather some signatures and prevent the vast majority from purchasing the game, because they misrepresented it and didn't enjoy it themselves.
 
Valve bending the knee to some whiny cunts too, some people showed contempt for the game, so now Steam customers can't get their hands on the game, and they had no say in it.

Upvoted as soon as it appeared in the store. Screw controversy! It's a game! Where you can be empowered by the idea of being this badass dude and participating in senseless killing, but with an actual reason, having a character so twisted up that you clearly understand the purpose. It's a game to play for a while, chill off, laugh internally and then return being yourself; just the way many games are supposed to be.

Who knows maybe it'll be good.

Tasteless? Taste is subjective, besides you know nothing of the story, and it's been mentioned that players will be able to uncover one as they play.
 
Dead Space 2 had you killing horribly mutated children and even babies that would crawl towards you and explode their acidic guts, is that tasteless? Why would it be? The game's set on human colonies in space, children would be around and they'd be among the first ones to be infected. It's supposed to scare you.
 
If these guys want to stir up a good one they should also add some kids around 9-12 or something like that.

I have recorded videos at full quality and played it back in the OS. It looks exactly like I was playing the game.
After uploading it to youtube, it looks different.

Only at 30 FPS with Low settings.

I hate it when customers call me and say that the software I set up isn't working, I get over there and their PC's are full of viruses/their internet is down and that's why it doesn't work, and when I tell them that, they are outraged and keep saying it's not their fault...
