Not everyone has the bandwidth to easily and quickly re-download their steam library.

Not stupid at all, some people like to build cool/smart looking PCs, akin to hot rodders
 
and what about younger people, a kid may be given/saved 800.... they can't just magic more money.

What would be the benefit of doing that? The source is compressed.

I tried to ask him, but no response, then again I used twitter, I thought that would get his attention the most. So when I didn't get a response I said fuck it and I'm doing it anyway, if they ask me to stop then I will. As for the redistribution, it's not like I'm selling it off as my own, I am just giving it back the community in another form.

Given my current situation I won't be continuing this little project of mine. I can't go into details and given the download numbers are steadily declining I can't maintain this. Someone else is welcome to take over this thread and continue if they so desire.

So as the title suggests, I will be uploading an audio version of the wan show so that others who want to listen to it can anywhere. I will be trying my best to get every show, it may be a day late but I will still get it.

Also, Do to a suggestion I will be adding M4A, AAC, and MP3, versions. @LAwLz mentioned that converting it from original obviously lowers quality so the Youtube Original will be uploaded, Which in this case is the M4A files. I will upload every show from now on 3 different times for the 3 file types. My upload speed isn't the best but it's free so I can't complain. If you have any suggestions be sure to let me know and I will do my best to fulfill them.

I'm happy to see at least one person with a well thought out reply, I personally wouldn't wana be him now because with everything going on he must be stressed out to hell, I just kind of miss the "old" linus that didn't ask me to like and "thunbs up" everything right after an ad read

I understand asking for multiple review samples so other staff can try them out or give away (Ex, gaming laptops on trips) but lately it seems he's become a lot more demanding and a lot less appreciative! On one of the blog vid's he said we "only" got 2 MX master mice in, does anyone else find it kind of funny the guy went from asking for review samples to full out supplies (Mice, 4K monitors etc) for his employees?
 
I get some of you will say hmm if their offering it WHO would say no? In that case it's still funny to see Linus complain how expensive it is for him to run his business when all of his content/travel/and even a decent chunk of the office was sponsored!
 
Maybe someone can enlighten me but as a business owner and traveler, it makes me chuckle when Linus complains about expenses and such!

Because AMD is obselete and not worth paying for with what they are offering CPU wise.
Intel makes the only CPU which you can justify paying for right now.

Im probably gonna get a roasting over this. I know its only a few incidents that cars have been hack and I reckon cars are becoming too computerized, theres too much computer crap in cars which in turn will make it harder and more expensive to fix if shit goes wrong. As I said before I rather be in  complete control of the vehicle and not some computer.

ohms only variable for power? I know there is another episode but you just dont state that shit especially with the headphones they hold up,  I can name many high ohm headphones that are easily driven and low ohm ones that must need an amp lots of volume
 
drivers are user error, never had an issue unless I accidently installed over another
 
surround software has to do with algorithms not eq settings
 
any gamer will tell you there is a difference between razer, sbx, yahama silent cinema, cmss3d, dolby, etc
 
also dont many front panel noise come from sharing usb ground

If he's doing music editing and stuff a sound card is a very nice thing to have. He said a little bit of gaming and if he can't afford another PC the 280x will do him just good if he isnt playing like GTA lol, I agree no extra fans, no AIO liquid cooler, Processor it doesn't really matter if its unlocked or not

Well, if you want to be doing all of that audio work in high quality, then you want to get the Asus Xonar Essence STX soundcard. Just a question if you don't mind, is this professional work?

Is this really news? Isn't AMD known for shoddy drivers?
 
Not saying that Nvidia drivers are like, way better or anything, I'm nowhere NEAR qualified to make that kind of a statement. Just saying what I've always heard as a "stereotype" about AMD's drivers.

tech and cars shouldn't mixed too much. it ruins them.
