Dude, you clearly need to get your body to a hifi shop, or just start buying these phones used to try them out. Spamming threads asking for unqualified opinions is not going to make your decision any easier; at this level, superiority is pretty subjective. Case in point, HE-400i vs HE-560: if you aren't sure the 560 is worth $800, you aren't ready to spend that kind of money on a headphone without hearing it first.

Ahh I love pictures like this. The area that is in focus could be a little bigger, but that is me nit-picking a lot. 8/10

But I don't think you or anyone in the forum will think O2 is an overpriced, useless amp. and given that schiit magni costs around the same price (or even cheaper!) and sound the same, I don't think it's a bad choice.

Did anybody else go or are planning to go tomorrow? I highly enjoyed the day, it was my first time to an event of this type and so i got to listen to a lot of great stuff ive wanted to listen to for a long time. Anyway have some poorly taken pictures of the event.

lol u guys talking bout jpop, most asian music are so badly mastered, no audio combination can make them natural. unless you use some sort of processing.
The Beyerdynamic T1 has accentuated treble and nasty sibilance, HD 800 has nasty peak at the 6khz, means its dry and tizzy as f*k. All audio technica doesn't have that stereo imaging.
Is the HD650 dark? i would say no, they are perfect. if you think its dark then your ears are broken with all the treble grain in headphones. And dont judge with badly mastered/recorded music. especially in digital format where its all compressed stuff and has that digital tinged. The reference here is how its like listening to Vinyl or some analog recording, and the HD650 is the one where its 'kinda' does that.

And no... i dont support hedfi...

Just get  the cheapest asus xonar with a built in headphone amp. Will drive them fine and provide virtual surround for games.

I'm sorry but no, we must spread, we must travel, we must explore, there is NO OTHER WAY.

Even if you are running a solid 60fps on a 60Hz monitor you can/will get tearing, the only way to avoid it is with one of the sync technologies.
One thing I have noticed with the higher Hz monitors without using sync technologies is if you have a lower fps tearing is less apparent because the lower the frame rate the more likely you will be to get a full frame between the torn ones instead of a tear every refresh. With a fps of half the refresh rate you are guarantied a full frame every second refresh.

Have you tested with a proper CD. does it play?

Burn the disc as an audio CD not as mp3 on the CD. It is to old to read that.
