  5. I see an improperly installed jumper If its making electrical connection on both sides, I wouldn't worry about it.
  6. What type of load? If its not a resistive load, it could very well be pulling 600w+ if the power factor is bad. Also, those inverters usually state their peak power as their box figures. So it could only really be a 400w inverter with a 600w peak. It is from meanwell though and they make damn good stuff...

I have double the ram on a 200$ phone You can optimize the OS all you want but you can't make webpages use less ram caching gifs lol

I'm nocturnal as hell, and can't even make a simple conversation with a female.

  13. You plugged in to a USB 3.0 port? Windows 7 doesn't have native USB 3.0 drivers. Try a USB 2.0 port for the boot drive, keyboard, and mouse.

  19. Should I do a sleeper build? I already have an AM3+ motherboard with headers for the floppy drive and optical drive.

mine's 120 intake behind the vents, a second 80mm intake in the hard drive bays to feed some extra air towards the cpu area, a fan guiding some air towards the GPU to keep it from melting (again), and a 80mm exhaust plus whatever the power supply manages.

I was going to make a sleeper in my one of those HPs. It shorted out my shitty MSI board (I don't know on what, I taped up everything on it, but when the board went it, it didn't work after that), and I never got around to redoing it.

I actually like the off tone color, makes it more authentic and more "sleeper"

  20. I've run GTX 1070's on those before. A 1050Ti will easily run on the stock power supply. Judging by that tiny photo, you can put a normal sized card in there, its not a low profile tower. (I should add that just because I've run a 1070 on one of these with the stock PSU doesn't mean you should. But a 1050Ti will absolutely be fine in one.)
