In this case, as with most class actions, they sued representing anyone who bought a GTX 970. A deal was made regarding who was allowed to claim a part of the settlement and what time frame they have to submit their claim, then it was announced to the public and those with proof of purchase were allowed to submit to receive a portion of the settlement. The rest of the money goes to lawyers (most) and any other designated parties.

While i agree there should be a fixed release schedule, that might not be entirely doable, especially considering the issues that might appear when trying to meet a deadline, such as but not limited to unexpected downtime

I was wondering if we could all users get back our user titles. You know the little title that was underneath our username. 

I mean there was really no reason to remove it. Hell the thing barely took up any space whatsoever. Personally I liked them a lot. It was fun reading people's titles and seeing how wacky or interesting they were. 
That's just me though. Still personally it doesn't make any sense of the reason why it was removed. It clearly would fit into the extra space the forum now has. 

If you're doing a starter guide, the questions would probably be:
 
- What are REC?
- What should I rent with REC?
- What does it mean to turn off Comstab and G-Safe and why would I want to do that?
- What does de-coupling mean?
- What are the different game modes I can play in?
- How do I add friends and play matches with them?
 
If you're doing a general FAQ, questions will probably be more along the line of:
 
- Why can't I run this game on ultra settings all the time?
- Why is there so much stuttering?
- When will the next patch be out?
- Why isn't this ship ready yet?
- When will the game come out?
- Why would I want to play a game that crashes so frequently?
(Hopefully these answers will be about how the game is in progress/pre-alpha and how much fun you can have)

@Trik'Stari @dalekphalm @Misanthrope From what I hear, your job is to watch flagged videos for content that breaks the usage terms (or the law). You are not allowed to stop watching after you've seen such content, but instead must watch the video all the way through and write a report about it. With all of the beheadings, sexual images, and other random things people try to slip into their videos, you have to take a psychiatric evaluation periodically (I think it was every month or every 3 months) and the failure rate isn't negligible. Not a job I would want, though apparently it pays well.

I've always preferred ODST because of how much more difficult it was and how you really had to worry about how much ammo you had and what gun you were using. That game made me a much better player for the rest of the series and I am able to dominate in SWAT, which I rarely choose to play myself. I'd give second place to Halo 1 for the campaign and the OG assualt rifle, but 2, 3, and Reach were also great (meh on 4).

This is a Build I did for a client. Took me 3 weeks on the vinyl alone because each cell was all custom no vinyl "wraps" here! lol The inside is no slouch either. Modest specs but great value and super 1080p performance!
