tired of "gate" everything 

I've been having static issues when listening to music, and I'm hoping I can finally find an answer
 
I've found thus far that
- It's not my headphones (they work well on my phone)
- It's not chrome (downloaded music also has this problem)
- It's not only my motherboard (USB dac also had this issue)
 
Some oddities:
- Only happens on first boot up of the day
     - Restarting my pc fixes it
- Reinstalling drivers doesn't fix it
- It's only occasional, it sounds like your listening to the radio but you're far away from the source (every few seconds static)'
- Replugging in headphones works sometimes (it'll come back)

the competition takes part between College students and High school students competing in order to win,

a lot of things decides if you win the whole competition, as schools need a website, video and other things to win. But there is also the competition, wich this year, involves 2 teams of 3 putting balls in towers up to 6 feet high !
 
I personally will be there, as I am the pilot for the CAL (Curé-Antoine-Label) robotics team.  this is our team logo : 
 
you can come and watch ! the whole competition will be broadcasted on twitch this year, and the points system will be automaticly put on this website.

My Razer Blackwidow Ultimate had a faulty LED, and I emailed Razer support. I was turned down a replacement at first because my 1 year warranty was up, but I escalated this case to a person higher up and after a week of emailing, they allowed me to get a replacement keyboard. However, I had to cut my keyboard cord. So I was back to using a membrane keyboard for about two more weeks until the replacement got shipped here (clearing customs took a couple days). Finally it was "supposed" to be here. It was updated on the shipping companies tracking. But I had no keyboard. I was very frustrated at that point. It had been over 2 weeks of using a membrane keyboard, and I had no idea where my package was. I emailed back Razer telling them my problem, and they took action and investigated in this case. After a few days, I was kindly emailed back telling me that they would send me a replacement. As of now, they are sending me a Blackwidow CHROMA Stealth. I got a free upgrade to the Chroma version for all this trouble, for the lost package. (Well worth it IMO)
 
So lets hear your experiences with support!

Try start>cmd>right click on cmd and run as administrator, "netsh int ip reset" then reboot, if that doesn't work, try downloading a decent antivirus and and activating it's trail mode and run a scan, I prefer Kaspersky Internet security

Somehow I can access the files within the C: drive such as "C:\Users" if i type it into windows explorer but not the drive itself?!

Also, there is a registry thingy I used a while ago named "take ownership", it basically added a take ownership option in the right click menu on folders, it might help, but chances are that you won't be able to do anything from your pc as the all users group is link to your computers "local domain", and is doing what you told it, to deny everyone on that pc. And don't beat yourself up lol, if I remember correctly I did the same thing the first time I worked with permissions, Lucky for me it was on a network share with network users, so I could fix it with the network Admin account, that's where I learned to rather remove allow access than to deny access

Quickest and easiest solution I can think of at the moment is to connect the drive to another computer, take ownership of all the folders and remove the deny all permissions

I'm looking for new headphones after my $40 Sony pair was broken, and I'm looking to go a step up in quality. I currently am carrying around my Turtle Beach X12's with a USB battery , but they are way too complex for being carried around and they have a few problems. First, the cord on the X12 is horrid. Every month or so I have to hang them from the ceiling so the accumulated tangles will spin themselves out. Second, the plastic sides are breaking and falling off in pieces. Third, the 2.5 mm cord for Xbox 360 is broken and my voice will randomly cut out sometimes. I'm looking to replace this setup by getting a nice microphone on a boom and getting a pair of ~$200 headphones to use both at home and when traveling. I will use these recording youtube gameplay and commentary, listening to a lot of youtube, listening to mostly monstercat record label music. At home I'll be driving them with a HP motherboard's built in audio, and when I'm elsewhere I use my Iphone 5S. They should be mainly metal construction or at least shouldn't have large portions of plastic. I've found three possibilities on my own, the AudioTechnica ATH-A900x, the Beyerdynamic DT 660, and  the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro. I'm not sure if the 990's at 250 ohms would be a good idea for being driven off an Iphone 5S, however. Before choosing I thought I'd just see if anyone else has a better recommendation.
