At work I sometimes drive a Isuzu Truck which in itself isn't that expensive being only around $80000 but its whats on the back that makes it expensive.

On the back is a $750000 22 meter high voltage insulated elevated work platform, in other words a very expensive cherry picker. So something like this but with another axle on the back.
