I thought you meant colorful from China initially.

This PC is unlikely worth it as the core 2 dual might be too slow for browsing...   the Q6600 I had only allowed for 60FPS in minecraft.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

The E7400 I have lets me play at 60FPS... They're not bad chips.

I fixed up a bunch of opti 760s at work running c2d e7200s + 3gb ram (so a bit better and browsing is no real issue). Plus like half of the company is still working off of OPTI780s -- so marginally faster than those 760s.

These are ok, if you pair them with a small SSD they are good for office work. But thats about it...

Exactly what I was going to say. We have tons of Opti755/760's and 790/3010/7010 getting put in circulation now to replace. The 755/760 are running Core 2's and they are necessarily struggling. I wouldn't put a Titan in there to game but certainly a good FB browser for Grandma.
