Which graphics card should I get?

 

Gigabyte r9 290 oc

Saphire r9 290

Saphire tri-z r9 280X

 

Any GTX 770 2gb

any GTX 770 4 gb.

Sapphire Tri-x R9 290 hands down. The best of all those you mentioned and wipes the floor with GTX 770.

Tri-X, most definitely. Just make sure your case supports it, since it's quite a big card.

As long as you have a decent quality 550w you will be fine

 

290 Tri-X or Vapor-X

Are you certain, even under heavy load, it seems to me like it wouldn't be able to handle it.

Your CPU will draw 200w even with a like 4.8Ghz overclock. The 290 only uses 250w. Over estimating saying 100w for everything else, you will be fine
