Well he is a BILLIONAIRE so money isn't an issue for him, and the iPad is probably the best option for a lightweight and simple tablet, and for certain uses the iPhone is not that bad, it has a low res display but it is still very crisp, the design is beautiful  and some people just prefer iOS, plus it works well with his iPad, so price aside those to products have some decent features

I don't think anyone dislikes Apple for more than their recent customer image and price.
If you have no reason to worry about the cost I don't see why you wouldn't want an Apple product to be honest.
