Yes, I am serious iPhone here cost here APPROX 2 thousand dollars and people are buying that.
Help by making a video addressing this issue.

I might be out of the loop, but doesn't the iPhone Xs and Xs Max currently have quite a few charging issues? It would suck to fly to Dubai, buy a phone, fly back to India, and figure out that it doesn't work.

Main PC:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X • Noctua NH-D15 • MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk • 2x8GB G.skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CL16 • MSI VENTUS 3X GeForce RTX 3070 OC • Samsung 970 Evo 1TB • Samsung 860 Evo 1TB • Cosair iCUE 465X RGB • Corsair RMx 750W (White)

Peripherals/Other:

ASUS VG27AQ • G PRO K/DA • G502 Hero K/DA • G733 K/DA • G840 K/DA • Oculus Quest 2 • Nintendo Switch (Rev. 2)

Laptop (Dell XPS 13):

Intel Core i7-1195G7 • Intel Iris Xe Graphics • 16GB LPDDR4x 4267MHz • 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD • 13.4" OLED 3.5K InfinityEdge Display (3456x2160, 400nit, touch).

Got any questions about my system or peripherals? Feel free to tag me (@bellabichon) and I'll be happy to give you my two cents.

PSA: Posting a PCPartPicker list with no explanation isn't helpful for first-time builders :)

I personally don't feel like a phone is ever worth that much but since you're already spending a silly amount on an iPhone I say just go do it. You seem to have more money than you know what to do with so why not?

Also, why can't you have the phone shipped to you from Dubai?

wouldn't that be the same situation as an XS? Just get a Galaxy if they're more available, my brother has the S8+ and it's a damn good phone. I was considering getting an OP 5T but they didn't have those on my carrier (Verizon), so I got an iPhone X. But if you don't prefer one OS over the other (I just like little details in iOS), then get an android, they're probably more readily available and are usually better bang for the buck.

Why not just get something like a S9+ for 57,340 rupees from amazon.in? I don't see why you can't get that and it's an extremely solid phone (Hell, even the cameras which are cancer in most Android devices is high quality in the S9+).

If you have a low budget (40,000 rupees), get something like a Note 8 (currently 43,000 rupees on amazon.in, huge discount right now).

If you absolutely need iOS, an iPhone 8 should do. (53,000 rupees).

How... will this actually help though? Even if any of Linus' team see this (would help to tag them), and then if they make a video, that still won't effect Apple in any way whatsoever that I can see, and certainly not pressure them to make the Indian market for iDevices better. Heck, sometimes it's the local laws and governments that stop companies, not the companies themselves.

See in india people buy iphone because they think apple is the biggest company in the world. And apple is taking advantage of that.
