A 7 year old can also use a hammer properly.

I would rather see him eat some thermal paste, it doesent taste good, i tasted some dry paste once when i put an old dead cpu in my mouth for a pic since it was still covered in the stuff

Arctic silver wouldn't be bad. It's 99.9% silver, which is fine to eat.

Up to a point it's ok. However... It will eventually happily turn your skin gray/silver

You could do this indirectly.  You could cool the cpu with a peltier cooler that is itself water cooled. A pump would push the water coolant through a loop wrapped around a suitable pot for the fondue,  Then the coolant would pass through a conventional radiator.  Then back to the peltier.

In essence, the fondue would be electrically heated by the peltier, but that I think you need that to get enough heat.  Sure, the cpu gets plenty warm, but 100 - 200 watts isn't going to keep much fondue very warm.

Having just checked some small crock pots on Amazon, I see that 150 watts is not that uncommon.  In that case, just the water loop without the peltier might be enough if the cpu is heavily loaded.

(Directly heating the fondue would be very problematic as many have already stated.)
