• Custom block with broader/less fins
• wider piping and associated fittings
• fluid circulating through some kind of big reservoir instead of a rad
• Insulate/foil wrap pipes, to prevent heat loss? Feels wrong saying that
• Hopes and dreams

yes i was thinking about if it would burn or not if the flowrate was high enough that would prevent burning over short periods of time and obviously this isn't going to be a permanent setup but also i thought of double boilers and how those prevent burning perhaps a custom water block with water in a loop on the layer that cools the cpu with a low flowrate so it stays warmer and consolidates the heat more with the fondue in another block on top being warmed by the block beneath? idk if it would work but i think there are so many things to try that it would be entertaining to watch regardless of if he succeeds

Right but it doesnt need to last long with the right balance of temps and the right setup the burning will be slowed also if you're dipping in the fountain old fondue is being removed what stays behind gets thicker but new fondue will be added overall it will get thicker but the rate will be very slow if it turns out that it still thickens too fast something can be added in gradually to cut it as it thickens

Or perhaps what you want is a big bowl of fresh, with the old dumped in to cool.

You'd need the ingredients in the piping to be brought up to temp, then hit the cpu then expelled.

Why not use Nicomekl creek water to cool the pc?

Just about two kilometers of tubing and they can do it, say from 1am to 2am.
