Connecting two monitors to a laptop

Illi

Greetings,

I've recently bought an i7 variant of Lenovo Yoga 920, that comes with thunderbolt3 usb-c.

I also own two monitors:1080p Samsung LT28C570EW/EN (It has HDMI and  dSUB), and 1366x768 Samsung LS19D300NY (the only input port is dSub) that i run as a secondary.

I was wondering if it was possible to have both of the monitors, plus the charging, connected through one cable/dongle.

Every response is very appreciated!
