Why is my computer slow at startup

Hi i built my pc a while ago and its slow at startup what can i do to make it fast at startup so i can open apps like google chrome or epic games launcher faster 

i am very "scared" abour viruses so i dont download suspicious stuff

Specs:

MSI: 1050ti

12GB RAM

2x 500GB HDD

1x 250GB HDD

Dell Optiplex 790 (Fat) Motherboard

Coolermaster Powersupply 600W

i7 2600 

the cpu cooler that came with the dell optiplex 790

You have a harddrive. Buy an ssd.

Install your windows and programs and drivers and shit on an SSD

@iVariable Your issue is that you're using a hard drive for your boot disk. If you put your computer to sleep instead of shutting it down, it will dramatically reduce the time taken to operate your machine when you power it up, since your data gets kept in much faster RAM.

 

Otherwise, the only solution is to buy an SSD instead for your boot drive.

You can use a hard dsk cloning software like Macurium, Acronis, or my personal favorite HDClone. Any of them work well, all you have to do is just install the disk and select your current disk and hit clone. Just make sure that you have enough space on the destination drive.
