You'll be able to play, but not necessarily the highest settings. I personally wouldn't get a laptop, but if you are mobile a lot, sure. I just play silly games on my mobile phone...

Its good but I would opt for a more powerful single gpu laptop

I've yet to find one around that price, I cannot go over that budget.

2hour battery life for a machine that has 2 750Ms isn't that bad.  Sadly you're not really going to get great battery life on a gaming laptop with the requirements you're looking for.  I'm in the same boat, I get 1-2 hours on my Ivy Bridge laptop with a 650M.  So when I go on a plane ride, I'm always doing my best to ensure I have a plug in near my seat.

Lol that's a coincidence, I'm on a plane more often than not, But most planes i go on have outlets, so It shouldn't be that big of a deal, and yea if you want good performance your not gonna get great battery life anyway.

Hah, I've done a couple of coast-to-coast flights that flew by thanks to XCom, CivV, and SimCity4.  Though playing some of those games on a touchpad is a pain.

It says that this has SLi 750M's. Are the 2 750M's better than the 675MX? Also are they better than the 760.

thanks!

amazing laptop for the price, here in south africa you'd pay double that for something crappier. yes it will do what you want. yes I understand why people like gaming on laptops, yes you should just ignore those who complain that laptops aren't for gaming.
