Egg and water 1:1 ratio

Steamed on low heat and open a slit to let the steam escape to not over heat it (it turns grainy when overheated)

U may add a pinch of salt into the mix if you want

 

But you can add soy sauce on top after it's steamed

lol I love the runny yolk but I always turn it over because I hate the mess it makes

 

When you've got bread though, runny yolk all the way. I do salt and pepper and sometimes a little garlic salt.

i turn it over but very gently

gas off, let the remaining heat to seal the top of the yolk, the inside is still runny

 

the reason i turn it over is because i cant stand raw egg whites, which will be on and around the yolk if it's not flipped

and you may get salmon vanilla infection

powidel or povidla, as we actually call it, is really good, but apricot jam is also decent if your pair it with some peanut butter and spread it on bread, also I have apricot jam waaay more often because I actually have an apricot tree, so...

 

Edit: Turns out I'm a pretty big dumb dumb and managed to confuse peaches with apricots and vice versa. The highlighted words are the ones that had to be corrected.
