Why do you love your Keyboard?

YazzH

Corsair K95. Love it for gaming, and the macros, but it's not brilliant for typing. Planning on getting a Ducky Shine 3 TKL with browns for typing.

There are cons to it like fact thats its getting old but pros are:

- media keys, can't live without them

- removable numpad, enough said

- kinda mid between low/high profile keyboards.

I use Logitech G19.

Gotta love that LCD panel. It gets pretty handy.

Be very careful......... I had a G19 destroy my old pc (I7, 16GB OF Dominator GT, Asus Rampage Extreme III all gone). The two wires that go into the top right crossed (they don't have much shielding inside the keyboard) and I got it straight through the USB.

Razer Lycosa... well... because I've not been able to find another good low-profile keyboard with the same comfort.

Cheers,

Logitech Illuminated, the original wired version. It's a membrane keyboard but it has a nice touch to it. I like the media key position and the height adjustment with the little stands is great. The wrist wrest is comfortable. I'd get an mechanical keyboard, like Ducky Shine 3 or Das Keyboard Professional S but I'm so used to my current one. Don't know what it would feel like switching to another one. This has been so good for years.

I got a full size DKS 3 Green LED and blue switches, I like the keyboard and its decent but I was considering getting a TKL with White LED's and brown switches because I tend to get sick of green/blue/red. I must always switch..

I've got a G510. The lights and LCD look cool, but I barely use them. Might have been better if the LCD could show temps. because my crappy i7 laptop with integrated graphics overheats, and crashes all the time. Even if it could do that, the membrane keys still suck, and get stuck all the time. I've got a K70 with reds coming in the mail soon, though!

My new rig build log:http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/80801-m-itx-pc/?p=1158887 Now finished with  970!                          Can anybody give me a freelancer?                  I need to transport more HYPBP.               Butt Imperium games                     RAINBOW .                   840 EVO still awesome                    The evil that is verizon has been vanquished!      ܝܘܚܢܢ ܒܝܬ ܐܦܪܝܡ

Well i have a tracer keyboard (its big low profile (height) it has a nice  wrist rest lots of media keys (its membrane) but the tactile feedback is just like sex *for me (gliding form key to key so I do not have to lift my fingers just to type something )

so i don't complain about not being a mechanical 100+ $ keyboard

Pure awesomeness if i can say :)
