The Audi was basically cursed, anything that could go wrong, went wrong. Same with the Prelude he had (The one Justin bought)

 

They were trailering the Audi to the shop and it broke off the fucking trailer and flew 50 feet into the woods. After that he knew he was going to be getting rid of it. The Audi also had 200K miles on it and he didn't want to replace the clutch in it also

So, the shop that the 240 is at, it's a shop basically like the Haggard Garage guys got, a bunch of friends have their project cars there, a 2JZ (NA for now) Cressida, 5.0 Foxbody, some old VWs and now that 240. I really need to get up there at some point and get some photos for you guys :D

Front suspension was completely fucked, same with the subframe. They fixed that all in 2 days then traded it for the 240

welp. i thought if it fell off the trailer it would have fucked up the diff or the transmission, because if it fell off the trailer of a moving truck moving at let's say 50mph, it's suddenly gone from 0mph to 50mph in a blink of an eye.

The trailer broke off the truck, and flew into the woods, then the Audi flew off the trailer once already in the woods (Should've been more specific, sorry about that misunderstanding)

so i guess the weak link was where the trailer hooked up to the truck? i'd expect the body to get fucked up after being flown into the woods.

Rip.  Although for a first car an E39 M5 is not very practical,  as insurance costs are going to be insane.  I'm not planning on getting a car till I'm 19 (Unless my dad gives me his '01 325i)

i mean i'll split the insurance bill for the car between me and my dad. i mean, in order for me to be insured  even for the corolla or any other car in my household, i have to pay for part of it. so already, part of my salary is going towards insurance, and a phone too. and some other small things, like gym membership, spotify premium, and maybe even netflix.

Anyone here have experience with Ikea furniture?

 

Thinking about buying this soon, but I don't know anything about their quality, and will have to drive 2 and a half hours each way to go and get it if I do buy it.

what do you guys think of the autozam az1. I kind of want to import one just because they look so weird. Plus it looks like you could have a lot of fun with it.

those are kooky and i like those. but i want the mazdaspeed version even more (yes, there was a mazdaspeed version of the car).
