When someone "Like", "Funny", "Informative", or "Agree"'s with a post you made, you earn one rep for each.

Have people add a rate your post, with the button in the bottom right of your every post. 

They can rate your post with Like, Funny, Informative or Agree and when more people do that, it adds to your reputation.

 

Basically be a helpful member to our community or shitpost away and rack in them rates.
