8600k is LGA1151 and not am4

yes it will fit and also you dont have AM4, you have lga1151

Well, if you are not going to overclock it, you can just go for the one which looks the best to you.

it would be smart to get a pretty beefy one tough. you might not want to OC right now, but if you want to do so in the future you atleast won;t have to buy a proper cooler.
