no, you can get a new one of those for like $160, and the i7 should be slightly less than that.

220$ for mobo ram and the cpu actually isn't that bad at all, you got yourself a CPU between the Ryzen 5 1500x and Ryzen 5 1600x, people talk bad because it is a fairly dated Intel gen by now but don't let any one make you feel bad, it is a strong CPU... just not the strongest as it were couple of years ago.
