Pc builds. What are your thoughts?

Galexywyvern

frankly neither, the AMD one is nice but you have a few fixes on it like the r5 1600x is pointless either go with the r5 1600 and overclock it to be like the 1600x but get the free cooler or go Intel but make it Coffee Lake based instead.

Your 2nd build mucho better, but don't get a 21.5 monitor. Go 23.6in-24in if you plan on gaming. Maybe a newer gen Intel.

Ram I would aim for 3000mhz+ if you can as long as the price difference is negligible.

I would never trust a 30 dollar water cooler, and I'm not familiar with that brand. I would opt for something like a Corair H60.

What I think is you're killing me with that 1070 and a 60Hz monitor my guy.

The second one I like better, but I feel like you could raise it to the same price as the first build and put the extra money towards another monitor?

Shipping sucks

How would you recommend I change it?
