Does ANYONE make an 8:5 144hz monitor?

I really love my 8:5 aspect ratio Dell monitors, but i want to have 144hz instead of the 77hz on the Dell monitors. The problem is, every 144hz monitor ive seen on the market right now is 16:9.

Not to my knowledge. 8:5 isn't even an option on pcpartpicker lol.

I think it's more commonly referred to as 16:10.

I don't think 16:10 will ever be mainstream enough for 144hz, so you're simply out of luck.

Some of the very first 120 Hz monitors were 1680×1050 I think, but you're not going to find anything remotely modern.

I would love a good 16:10 but almost impossible to find anything worthwhile now...

19:10 is better workplace but too bad it going to gone soon. Get whatever you can now. 120hz vs 144hz not much differences.

 

Now mainstream is 16:9 or 21:9. I doubt 16:10 will ever return back.

My older Dell 2009W is 16:10  Got super lucky with this one. $20 at a thrift store

This is a great antique display, I actually using it in my work place, haha! and it still working fine but worried it life span already as a lot already broken.

 

A great panel in year 2008.
