With the recent discontinuation of Kinect production, I got to wondering, which console based motion solution is/was your favorite?

The main three all fucking suck, they're usable, but they suck.

Come Bloody Angel

Break off your chains

And look what I've found in the dirt.

Pale battered body

Seems she was struggling

Something is wrong with this world.

Fierce Bloody Angel

The blood is on your hands

Why did you come to this world?

Everybody turns to dust.

Everybody turns to dust.

The blood is on your hands.

The blood is on your hands!

Kinect 2 (Xbox One) > PS Move > Kinect 1 (Xbox 360) > Wii Motion Plus > Wii Basic Bitch

In terms of accuracy. In terms of usage, I only played with both Wii version and the Kinect 1 (well played is a strong term for the Kinect, I developed a thing with it).

I found that the Wii Motion Plus could be very accurate (in for example Skyward Sword), but motion controls were never really my thing.

Kinect was probably my favorite because of the fact that you could yell at your Xbox to do shit and it would do it. ?

Wii bowling was the most popular but I LOVED ps move;

i bought the the gun controller and you can play all of killzone 3 using the gun controller like a badass arcade machine on your ps3. It’s sooo wicked! It’s very intuitive and well made. I beat the whole game with ps move, and did really well in multiplayer from how solid the experience was.

I kind of agree with this. They all are super fun when they work but too often you are left flailing around like an idiot while trying to get your moves to register properly.

I have a Wii, PS Move, and both Kinects. I pretty much always opt to use normal controllers instead. When I do opt for motion control, I often end up switching back lol.

At least the Kinect gives you the added bonus of voice control. I use it all the time on my XBox One for media and will be buying the adapter for the X as well. I can't live without it lol.

I only played Wii. After that experience I didn't bother to try PS Move or Kinect much. I only like the pointing usage of the Wiimote and probably PS Move for games that in previous generations would've used a light gun. That's about it. I don't really care for the waggle or the more precise swords strikes in Skyward Sword.

That also is true for the PS4 and its eye toy. The PS3 had it, but only for games that support it, not the OS itself.
