Assuming a GTX 1050 for a laptop is a tad cheaper than the PC counterpart, that's $100 alone. Then you want to throw in RAM, motherboard, processor, keyboard, case, screen, etc. for less than $100?

You can try bidding on this, but there's no guarantees it will stay under $200, like everyone has said thus far, a laptop with a dedicated graphics card just isn't that cheap.

I think you're expecting way too much. The cheapest with GTX 1050 that I've found so far costs about $680 (Acer Nitro 5 on Microcenter). Heck even $200 won't do you good if you try to find new laptops, unless you don't mind laptops with eMMC storage.

Very true, but getting lucky on ebay is the OP's only option with that budget, and sometimes things just don't sell for what they're worth on ebay, I've gotten some great deals on new tools and hardware over the years where I paid barely 25% of what the item was actually worth.

$200 gets you a shit box. You need at least $500 for a decent laptop, even then probably no dedicated card. Only $200 laptop that might be okish is a Chromebook. Which runs Chrome OS and not Windows. So yeah.
