You could just cut the original connectors off the stock fans fans and solder them like i did for a cheap (free) adapters,

Do you have a voltmeter? One will be +12, one -, and one will be tach signal.

Did the original fans have 4 wires or 3?

I think you just need to swap two wires. The orange and yellow in this photo. But your connector is different. I would just use a meter to find + and -. Yellow or blue will probably be tach. If the mobo was meant to have 4 pin (PWM) fans then IDK what to say.

@VenomZ_

I think you want black to black, red to orange(red), and yellow to yellow. That makes the most sense looking at everything on the net. It would seem that your fan connector in the image is not exactly standard, as the color and location of the wires is different. I just dont know if your mobo is going to be able to control the fans speed without the blue wire, and with the fans being three wire. I really think you need 4 pin fans.

Blue is PWM control for a 4 pin fan. You are not able to use it with your 3 pin fan.

For a proper hack I would buy 4 pin fans online so you can run them down to 500 RPM. I don't even know if you'll be able to control the speed of the 3 pin fan with your mobo, but I doubt it.
