psu is so bad that it isn't even on pcpartpicker, it's a tier E redragon 700w bronze

current SSD will be put in the new PC for extra storage, just not keeping it as main storage because of its age and speeds (bought it dec 2021)

I wouldn't waste any money on those cables. Especially not cheap ones. You can spray paint them red if you want, just tape off the clips.

 

You can totally do a 7900GRE for your budget, too, and this one has a black and red motif.
