It'll be fine.  It's not considered one of the 'better' of B350 boards in regards to VRM qualtiy and phase designs, but for a four or six-core, it'll be just fine.  If you're looking for a better recommendation, I've heard the B350 Gaming Pro Carbon, and B350 Krait Gaming are the top choices from MSI, with Asus Prime B350-Plus and ASRock AB350 Pro4 being other good choices.  Avoid Gigabyte.

If you're interested in a bit of research.. have a look at this video I bookmarked a few weeks ago.  It goes into detail on the VRMs of all the B350 boards.  Very informative in my opinion.

So you wanna tell me that the VRM could crash on the B350 boards? Also,I am looking to make an white build,so my choices are very limited, especially when the budget is not the biggest

I didn't say anything would crash, I'm just giving you options and sources for the opinions of those who are more knowledgeable than I am.  And the ASRock AB350 Pro4 sorta has a black/white theme.  It's the same board I use.

Sitting comfortably at 3.8 as well, 1.35v on my R5 1600.  My ram kit overclocked to 3200 at 1.4v without any hassles (after updating bios, of course).  I'm happy with the board, but I do wish it had options to adjust SoC Voltage and maybe options Load Line Calibraion in the bios.

1600 would be perfectly fine. Especially if I'm doing it with a 1700 lol

So many people get salty when they hear I have a 1700 at 3.8 on a b350 lol. My Ram is at 2800. I might be able to get it to 3000 if I tried tho

The video I posted goes into depth about how safe the boards are while overclocking with regards to voltage regulation and VRM capability.  I admit the guy does talk a lot (30 minute video), but it's worth the watch.

Well I've never seen someone fail an oc (must've happened, though) but unless you go from 1.0 to 4.0 in only 1 try,I don't think you can get your vrms burnt
