Cheap external 1TB hdd

I need it for benchmarking games so i dont have to keep switching out my main hdd. Don't care for usb 3.0 needs to be under 40 please help

Wrong, I can easily find a used internal 1tb hdd for $25 maybe I shouldve specified it could be used my fault

where i live, external drives are sometimes cheaper than the internal ones.. i've bought many harddrives that started out life as an external one. and you get a nifty SATA-USB adapter as well.
though 40bucks for a tb? yeah, that seems a bit too low.. maybe used?

so you want us to look up used harddrives for you? i'm unclear what you are asking help for..

if you're buying used you should find it and buy it yourself, if nothing else, you'll find someone local.. i can probably find a used drive for you, but shipping from norway could be a bit costly...

just make sure you have the drive scanned properly first so it doesn't have bad blocks or anything

nope I tried that that adapter only works with 2.5"

update again I regret buying a 1tb usb 3.0 external drive because I got lucky and manged to find a 1tb Crucial MX300 in a PC I bought crazy how life works aint it
