Making a new recording and gaming PC

Hello,

I want to make a pc that can record and maybe stream, I want to also game on it. so i have a budget of 750$ USD. Some of the games i want to play are Minecraft, CS:GO, and play any version of call of duty. I want to record with obs and stream with obs so i want a 750$ rig that i can stream on play Games and record on.

Stock cooler on Ryzen is really good, even for overclocking.
