Yes, that is the title of the game, exclamation marks and all.

I mean before that I'd played hotwheels games online n stuff, but BOTS!! was the first installable game I played.

I make bad life decisions.

I thought I'd seen a picture of a green tinted computer screen sort of like the first gen game boy with a image that said Oregon Trail.

Idk if there's more than version of the first Oregon Trail but there might be.

The second OT game was awesome.  Especially the hunting mini-game.  Though I avoided killing rabbits.

Age of Empires 1 would be my first PC game. Before that it was Pokemon on the Game Boy and Legend of Zelda 1&2 on the NES alongside Gradius 3 and Super Mario World for the SNES.

Edit: And a couple of text-based adventures on DOS, but I don't know if I would classify those under "PC" titles.

Uhh... Does Microsoft Hover count? It was that game where you would drive a poorly created hover thing and find flags. I really don't even remember the objective of the game because I kept chasing the AI / Computer on the other team lol.

Ooops, I must correct myself. I remember playing (or trying to) a text based game on DOS  where you had to find your way through tunnels. I forget what the objective was. Treasure maybe. This was before any kind of graphics. I got too frustrated to get very far.

Best Excuses:

#1(simple) "Well, I never liked that stupid thing anyway!"

#2(complex) "Obviously there was a flaw in the material, probably due to the inadvertent introduction of contaminants during the manufacturing process."

I can remember a few but can't think which was first. I'd have to say the original Lemmings, F29 Retaliator and some Duke Nukem side scrolling shareware.

Think this was around 1991.

Did play many games on Spectrums, C64s and Amigas before then.
