ATX Case with no optical or hard drive bays

I've already built my PC. It has an ASUS Z-270A motherboard, and intel 600p m.2 nvme storage. So because I have a m.2 hard drive and I didn't even bother to plug in my optical drive, the entire right half of my case is completely unused. I have been looking for a small case that supports an ATX motherboard but does not make space for hard drives and optical drive. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Cooler master HAF X, I was looking at the HAF XB. But I was wondering if there are any more options.

So you just want 2.5in compatibility with as little space leftover as possible, right?

I don't know what "2.5in compatibility" mean. But it needs to fit an ASUS Z-270A, with a GTX 1080. And yes as little space leftover as possible.

I Get what you looking for OP, i just don't know if anyone has made it, as the people who want to go super tiny go ITX motherboards, your's is a ATX and its presumed by the case makers you went with ATX as you will ether have a 3.5" for storage or multiple graphics cards/Expansion Cards. 

 

Better bet would be looking at a ITX motherboard, than you'll be able to get really nice and tiny

That looks nice, but it still has all that extra space that would not be used because I have an M.2 hard drive.

Yeah, idk off my head off any ATX cases without any drive bays but i'll look around.

There are tons as most new cases these days have no ODD bay.

 

NZXT S340, Phanteks P400, Fractal Define C, etc

all those cases have 3.5" bays.. he wants a tiny case with ZERO room for any DVD & HDD's

NZXT S340 is smaller for an ATX sized case, if you wanted small form factor you should've gotten a Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX motherboard. I don't know of any really small ATX cases.

Yeah I wish I went with micro. I was not intending for my build to be this compact, I just happened

Other than my main computer and server I only build ITX systems, otherwise they're way too big with a lot of wasted space.

Sorry Mr. Fish but yeah You'll have to go ITX. maybe post on some local Tech forums sometimes guys are looking to trade Case+ITX for Case+ATX

They have no external hard drives of any sort, the ones listed will have 2-3 internal 3.5" hard drive bays though. NO ATX case will have ZERO internal hard drive bays, some will have them behind the motherboard tray storage though and others will have a 2-3 slot tray by the front intake fans but those can be removed in most cases nowadays.

some of the ITX ones do have it, but yeah Never in a ATX one unless he does a scratch build

You are looking for an ATX case that does not exist. The least amount of 3.5" hard drive bays you can get is 2. If small form factor is what you want I'd look to return or trade that mobo for a Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX one.

Maybe in the future when M.2 becomes standard they will build the case that i need
