I've been wondering for a while about how I can do the thingy that some people on this forum have, or whether only admins can do it.  

 

The first thing I've wanted to do is this thingy post-42942-0-01673600-1385034849.png

 

I've also wanted to know how I can change my title post-42942-0-07025800-1385034906.png  NOTE: the title is the thing in the very badly drawn red line

Upon 500 posts, you can make up your own title. And the hide/show thing is 'add spoiler' (use full editor).

Go to My Settings, under Profile Information - Member Title.
