Anyone else experiencing problems with the forum?

I'm getting blank notifications, some completely missed notifications (I'll find them later, and go wtf?), as well as the main homepage bar screwing around colors.

 

I've been here almost a year and never seen this happen. 

 

If anyone knows what's up please post, thanks..
