Is Amazon prime worth 10$ a month?

bro, how heavy are budget graphics cards? like gtx 1050? probably like a kilo?

check out Amazon, the weights of most graphics cards are included. An EVGA gtx 1070 is 2.6 pounds. https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-GAMING-Support-08G-P4-5173-KR/dp/B01KVZBNY0/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1494422380&sr=1-1&keywords=gtx+1070

Are you located in the USA? Then it quite possibly is well worth it, since you'll get Prime Video, Music, and Photos in addition to free shipping on Prime items.

If you live outside the USA, then IMO absolutely most positively not, unless you order a LOT of things to make the free shipping worth it. This is because the Prime Video selection sucks outside the USA, and Prime Music and Photos aren't even available. Like, AT ALL.

Wait, you get Music too? >_<

Yeah, check out another site that will give you a shipping weight since (I know from experience) it can be on occasion much higher than the product weight, at least on small things.

They sure do. A friend out east USA gets Prime Shipping, Video, Music, and even those instant re-order dot things you can put inside your storage cabinet to quickly re-order things like paper towels or laundry detergent directly to your door. Sometimes I'm so jealous of Canada's pants, that is, when they're not shitting themselves. :P (political joke is political; not hating on American people at all.)

Does it have any lock in period? Or can i like try it for a month and quit ???

Not quite. When you sign up you pay the whole year, but if you quit yearly they reimburse you the portion you didn't use.

You likely can't buy off NewEgg, unless you have a credit card registered to a US address.

You need hdcp support for all displays connected and os that supports it and browser support

So windows or osx. No open sourcedrivers . No vgascreens . No old displays.

I know this thread is slightly old now but wanted to follow up with this.

So I tried just going into display settings and turning off my secondary screen, and lo and behold, it suddenly defaulted to HD with no fuss -_-

I guess that's not too much of a big deal to do when I want to use it, but I shouldn't have to >:(
