if you do stuff in blender, the 1600 will benefit you massively. Though you should get 8GB ram nonetheless.

it's pointless buying an overclockable cpu on a non overclockable board, it's like buying i5 7600k on a h/b board

you don't need 5.1 most likely

and the front panel is depends on the case not the mobo
