I just hit 4.9GHZ on my 6700K without touching the voltage.... wtf? should I try push for 5.2 or something like that and up the voltage?

I belive it's running at 1.31

Got it to 5.1, had to bump voltage to 1.34 because it wouldn't boot.. as long as I don't take the voltage to over 3.5 will it be safe?

Go ahead, intels gives you up till 1.52v(lol don't go there) till you really start damaging those chips

With your cooling capacity I'd say you're good till 1.45volts. That is if you don't hit a wall.

I chose Microsoft Edge for my stability test.  I was nervous that it might not be stable with the much heavier load from Google Chrome.

You have no idea how high you have to overclock your CPU to get a world record overclock. I am simply going to say that the highest 7700K overclock is 6.7GHz+

Not to mention that a quality ambient chip and a quality cold (DICE / LN2) chip have nothing to do with one another.  More often then not, those that are great for ambient overclocking completely suck for use with DICE / LN2.
