No i have bought system in shop :) i have just pick parts and they put all together :)

Oh OK.

It's relatively easy to re-mount a cooler, and it only takes about 5-10 minutes for an experienced tech. if it's your first time re-mounting a cooler, it might take you 30 mins.

but the shop should re-mount the cooler for free.

I have bought my new system but just now i have noticed something strange about my pc soo i decided to check it :)

On my MotherBoard settings (MSI B350 Tomahawk) i have turned on Gaming Mode in bios because its GAMING MODE :D

Now when rendering video file on Vegas 14 my program freeze then crash for some reason then i have try diferend options on rendering but the same problem. Now half an hour ago my PC shuts down when rendering so i was like: What the hell is going on soo i was worried and try again to render with vegas but now i'm monitoring my CPU and GPU

My CPU was on FIRE like 95/100 °and i was on shock :o i did not overclock i have just turned on Gaming Mode on Motherboard and nothing more. My CPU was going 3.6Ghz  but temp was like crazy :o

Then have shut down PC and enter in BIOS now when my PC goes to BIOS my CPU was like 61°C but i wanted to see what will happen so i wait for little longer and watch on CPU temp but every second my TEMP goes UP on bios :o

Here is picture of my BIOS

Game Mode/Game Boost is overclocking... Your PC is shutting down due to thermal protections. You likely have an improper seated cooler. If you have more thermal paste, you will want to re-seat your cooler and put new thermal paste on.

70c is fine

however, I'd strongly advise you to re-mount your cooler with fresh thermal paste.

AMD's stock coolers are pretty good, and you should be seeing much lower temps.

AMD Cooler are good so thats why i was on shock that CPU was on 95/100c on rendering... I still have warranty so i will go to where i did buy it and ask them to Re-mount coller and put new thermal paste :)

Thanks for advice :) Last question: Whats normal temperature for Ryzen? So that i know next time and to react fast to stop that madnes :)

with turbo boost (or whatever AMD calls it) enabled, it should reach no higher than 70c under full load, because the 1700 is a pretty low power chip at stock speeds.

Whats normal temperature for Ryzen?

It depends on ambient temperatures. With the stock cooler I got around 50°C under full load stock, and <80°C overclocked to 3.8 GHz under full load.

I recommend setting the stock cooler to 100% fan speed to see if that helps, it was inaudible to me at full speed with the case side panel on.

Well your cpu base clock is 3.0 unless you took that screenshot with your cpu under load then I would say the first thing you should do is go into your BIOS and reset to default

Also i forgot to mention that i have downloaded MSi X-Boost and in that option it was turned on Game Mode also on bios was Game Mode so maybe thats why my CPU temp was 95/100c :/ but then again when i was rendering CPU was on 3.6ghz and i dont think that this CPU was on MAX :) i will just in case Load Defaults settings in Bios and i will monitor and see what will happen but i will go to service and ask them to re-mount cooler and put new thermal paste just in case :) better safe than sorry :D

Do not rely on the auto voltage, set your own voltage bro . Turn of the gaming mode, set everything to stock. 1.4 is way much higher. tune it down to 1.3, run the stability test, boot in to bios again , tune down the voltage to 1.25 and so on .
