how can i make a video my desktop background

As far as I know there's not a built-in way to do it like you could with XP. There is software out there, like Dreamscapes, that lets you do this but it's not free ($10 for a single license, free 30-day trial.)

wallpaper engine, its £2,70 on steam and barely uses and system resources. 60k different ones on the workshop atm and you can make your own. its great. You can set it so it starts up with your pc which is what ive done.
