If possible I would put one more in the front, not required though.

Personally I like more intake then exhaust but that's just personal preference.

GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

if you have bad airflow yes it would, if you have proper airflow it shouldn't change much.

LEAVE YOUR SIDE PANEL ON!!!!!

 

I had a buddy call me up because he bricked his old GPU and needed a new one. When I asked him what happened, he said he was gaming and eating salsa and chips and his dog ran by the table and knocked both the salsa and computer over, resulting in the GPU landing in the bowl of salsa. I couldnt make this up if I tried. 

 

He now keeps his side panel on his case.

That's just fine. Good airflow. Could use one more fan in front, but with 1 fan its already pretty good

I would swap 1of those exhaust fans for an intake fan. swap the top fan to the front as intake.
