Perfect so i will keep my psu , thanks for the advice guys :D

Hello

I am using an High end computer atm , basicly really happy on how it performs but i got only one thign that worries me a bit.

I am atm running a 6800K @ 4,2Ghz 1,25V and a GTX980Ti @1400Mhz on the GPU , 1850Mhz on VRAM with a 550 (high end) PSU.Bequiet Dark Power Pro 10.

Wich is working perfectly and was enought for my core i5 4690k @ 4,5Ghz 1,16V.

But by doing some calculation and finding information around the web.

It's clearly really at my psu limitation atm,  cpu is about 220-230Watt , video card  280Watt not even counting the rest of the pc.

I knom i am not using the pc at full load on cpu and gpu at the same time so i am below that in "real" use case.

So i am wondering, should i change my PSU or  just wait next GPU generation and change my graphic card for something with a lower power cons anyway ?

Thanks for your answers and have a nice day.

I wish i could oc my body, during winter overheating would be great.

Well with the power consumption figures for the Titan XP, you'll still be fine with that 550w PSU so... :P

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
