i forget what its called but there is a stick you can buy to put under your gpu to support the weight

Get a dowel pin of a reasonable size say 3/8" round.  Paint it to match the case or the card.  Cut to length required and prop it up.

Add a back plate if there isn't one, use a GPU support thing (easily Google-able) or just deal with it.

chain zip tie it to the top of your case for the cheapest solution that just works.

I use CoolerMaster's VGA holder. It's a little expensive for what it does, but it looks nice and is magnetic so it won't slip.

i had that with my 9800GTX+ and i used the PCIe power cable & zip ties to prop it up
