Best tablet under $200 CAD

My grandparents are planning on getting my brother a tablet for christmas and their price range is under $200 CAD. What is the best tablet for the price range? OS doesnt matter. Thanks!

new tablet that price range would be amazon fire tablet just keep in mind you are limited by amazon store

used would be i pad 4 for ios or a nexus 7,10  for android.

Not sure how the CAD is in terms of tablets, but the Galaxy Tab A 10.1, the 8.0" version of that or one of the Asus tablets should be in that range.

I assume yourgrandparents want a 10.1 tablet?
