Can't switch floatplane sub from monthly to annual? :(

We're aware of the issue, but it's not something that we can fix properly at the moment unfortunately.

I've overridden it for your account now though, so you should be able to purchase the year subscription now.

Hey guys, this is (no, not Austin,) a forum member who's having trouble switching my floatplane subscription from monthly to annual.  I go to purchase the $29.99 annual subscription & this is what I get...

Yet, it shows my monthly sub renewal as cancelled. :(

And it doesn't show an annual fp purchase, so why is it not letting me buy it?  Is there still a conflict with the previous monthly sub?

 

I was hoping to seamlessly transition without losing access, but it expired a couple days ago.  (I had also tried like on the 30th or 1st, & got the same error.)
