The video in question: He's holding "prop" (meaning: fake) cigarettes. In Canada, they are highly regulated, and the packaging is entirely covered with warning labels that also include graphic images of diseased gums, etc.

 

Also, he's not over 30, he is 30 :P

 

Though if anything, I assume he probably used to smoke pot - especially in High School. I don't really see him as the smoker type, but you never know.

This is proof yet again that Linus needs better organization skills. A mans abode tells a lot of the man. Apparently, not good enough. Weed (THC, marijuana, etc.) are found in the plant itself, while heroin is synthesized from the naturally occurring morphine in the opiate plants. Marijuana contains the concentration of THC that would be found in the plant as the whole bud/leaf would be smoked (the extra inert and active ingredients play a role in the proper use by the body) whereas heroin has been concentrated and extracted from morphine as it's own component.

 

As far as this doctor is concerned, use with moderation (except heroin/morphine) since dopamine receptors take a very long time to re-emerge in the body.

Indeed, while I personally don't like smoking, and it has well known dangerous side affects, who gives a shit if he - or anyone else, smokes?
